chocolatecupcake with creamy chocolate frosting
this 100pcs chocolatecupcakes special make for my very very good friend cum sister....
for they are new house warming.
Ingredients A
eggs 2pc
c/sugar 120g
Ingredient B
cakeflour 110g
unsweetened cocoa pd 1tbsp
cocoa pd 1tbsp
baking pd 1/2 tsp
bicarbonate of soda 1/4 tsp
Ingredient C
freshmilk 110g
Ingredient D
margarine ( melted ) or 130g
cooking oil
Directions:
1) Preheat oven to 180 c ,line standard muffin tins with paperline.
2) beat A till light and fluffy,add in B and C ( with alternately ) stir in one direction.
3)lastly add in C and mix till well combined.
4)bake at 180 c for 12-15 mins,or until a skewer comes out clean when inserted in centre of cupcakes.

unsalted butter 100g
icing sugar 100g
cocoa pd 3 tbsp
evaporated milk 3 tbsp
vanila extract 1/4 tsp
Directions:
1) stir together the icing sugar and cocoa pd.
2) in a large bowl, cream butter until smooth,then gradually beat in sugar mixture alternately with evaporated milk.blend in vanila, beat until light and fluffy.if necessary ,adjust consistency with more milk or sugar.
